Quarters was formed for the purpose of bringing a fresh, professional, fun, creative and ethical way of buying and selling Real Estate to the Western Carolina region, particularly in Rutherford, Polk, Henderson and Buncombe Counties.  Our hope is to be different, step out of the box and find creative and successful ways of bringing buyers and sellers together.

Ø    Through partnerships, alliances and creative web marketing, along with the traditional print medias, we are being proactive in bringing the buyers to our listing clients and conversely, making all properties available to our buyers…not just our own listings (which are significant). 

Ø    We seek to serve our client, and that client can range from the first time home buyer or investor to an accomplished developer, investor or second home buyer.

Our team of seasoned professionals has served the Lake Lure area for over twenty years.  We have experienced individuals with expertise in finance, negotiating, marketing, banking and of course, real estate.  

By the way, we get a lot of questions about the name Quarters and how we came up with it.  Well, contrary to popular belief it wasn’t based on the monetary quarter, but rather a term used by Webster for housing.   By showcasing the “Q”, which is a unique letter in and of itself,  we felt that it made us different and being unique or different is what we strive to be.
